He kept us up to date on our loan progress and knew when to lock in a great rate. His team is very good and kept letting us know what documents they still needed.
Scott called us in the evenings, which is a big deal sine we both work. He explained things to us in plain language. When something wasn't right it was fixed. He did a great job.
