Scott was forthright and seemed pretty transparent. The process is complicated and confusing and he did his best to simplify and answer my questions.

No matter the question I got an answer almost immediately from Scott! I appreciate the great service.
Processor went on vacation and no one followed up while she was gone which put us scrambling at the last minute
Scott remained in communication with us throughout the process. When Scott was not available, one of his team members were able to keep us abreast and work through perceived issues.
He was very informative and guided us well throughout the mortgage approval process. During his absence for vacation his coverage was not fully satisfied and that delayed our approval. Except that working with Scott was great.
Scott was patient enough to listen to all our combinations to get the lowest possible rate.
The level of communication.
We were notified on Friday afternoon -- prior to a Monday close that our home needed re-appraised. This is the first we or our realtor were notified of this although we later found out the appraisal value had been in question for 10 days. Not...

Communication towards the end and last couple days before closing could have been better. Notified of changes/needs with appraisal and closing documents that could have been communicated or schedule 2-3 weeks before to keep closing day on time....

Outside of work I enjoy playing golf, watching sports, and spending time with my family. My wife is a 2nd grade teacher and we have a 5 year old daughter and a 2 year old son who really keep us busy. So busy in fact, that i have not won Fantasy football in 6 years!
