Everything ran smoothly and your team was very helpful!
With a late start because we were correcting credit, the team rallied and closed quickly.
Good communication
There were 2 forms that were submitted to CHFA incorrectly. This should have been caught up front with the UW, not at the last minute. This caused the closing to be delayed and the funding to happen a day later than it was scheduled for.
Scott in the whole team are so great to work with .Everyone is a problem solver with a positive attitude which is why we use prmg 99% of the time

As a long-time top producing professional, I have seen a lot and make it a goal of conquering each task and challenge with the same passion, energy, and attention to detail that I would expect to receive if it were my own transaction. Having originated loans for 13 years very early in my career gives me a unique advantage of understanding what a loan officer needs from a lending partner.
