Can someone explain to me why I get constant cold calls from allstate, and when I ask to be taken off their call list they hang up on me?

Would love to give a zero. Worst insurance company I have ever had and I have had a few. High premiums and they never pay a claim. No one in the office knows anything and they have a real problem returning phone calls. Website portal is horrible....

I strongly urge anyone needing a policy to avoid Allstate. They will leave you without a policy, as well as a increased policy going forward because of a dropped policy. They will lie to you about the status of your policy, and then tell you...
