The documents I received often had incorrect values. There was a huge issue with no one following up on the survey. Received closing disclosure late so we had to delay closing.

Scott kept in contact throughout the entire process. Explained each request that was asked of us. Was extremely helpful and especially forgiving when most communication was after hours due to our work schedules.

Scott was always available when I needed a question answered. I feel he spent the time needed to make sure we felt informed and secure with the purchase of our new home.
