Great perks

Working weekends and after hours was extremely useful.

Shawn was awesome. Responsive, informative, and easy to work with. He had good insights that gave me peace of mind around unfamiliar areas. The whole transaction felt very smooth and was low stress all things considered.

Communication was slow. We had to reach out multiple times to get status of the process. The secure document upload was great, but we had to upload the same information twice for some pieces and the process was so long that we had to upload...
