Nothing major, just the miscommunication with the final amount to pay chaging last minute. otherwise very good and will use again

Ben and his team (specifically Jewel) were on top of everything . Reaching out to check in on things and make sure things were progressing. They were easy to talk to and work with. Very knowledgeable.

We have had several mortgage loans over the years. This was the worst experience we've had to date. They questioned EVERYTHING we gave them and still after closing on the loan 2 weeks ago, they are still asking for employment verification....
