Lance was amazing to work with. Came highly recommended from a friend and did not disappoint. He thoroughly explained everything using terms I understood and worked with me through the entire process.
Lance was always available to answer and explain all questions we had. He has explained very well on the whole process and comes highly recommended. Been in touch throughout the whole process.

Lance passed off his work to others in his office. He did not communicate effectively. Paperwork was not provided in timely manner. Many times we had to contact the office to get information.

Lance listened to what I was looking for and was able to provide advice on how to obtain financing, it wasn't just a yes or no answer. He was always quick to respond to questions and was just a phone call or email away.
