    Spencer and Liberty were very responsive and ready to help when anything came up. They were kind and professional. They always emailed updates and kept me in the loop, which I appreciated a lot!

    I know it's not your fault, just the rules. I had not taken out a mortgage in 38 years. The underwriter could no doubt see that I am free of debt and could have paid cash for this home instead of doing a mortgage. Very intrusive.

    Brittany initially asked me if I would be interested and I was hesitant because I wasn't sure what it all took and what it would all mean for me in the end. She walked me through the process and made me feel at ease the entire time.
