I think there should have been better communication on specific details on the loan that should have been explained. I would have felt more comfortable if some things were explained more clearly

There was a query from the underwriters which the Fairway team resolved and it was greatly appreciated their guidance in ensuring the loan was approved.
Makayla was able to catch some things that other lenders didn't. Which, if she hadn't the loan process would have been delayed and/or not happened. This was such a quick and easy process on the buyer end and we are very thrilled with Fairway...
