Timely and clear communication
The loan process was easy to follow. We knew every step of the way what stage we were at in the approval process. The customer service they provided was outstanding and they always made you feel like you were there #1 customer.
Better communication around items/tasks needing to be completed in their entirety (i.e. paying off debts and listing all accounts/amounts at once vs. multiple accounts over various communications over time).
