The communication was wonderful and when I asked questions I received quick feedback.
The issue we had was that our friends were going to invest with us and the Fairway employee that was working with us never contacted our friends after pulling their credit. They were very upset about the whole situtation.
I mostly worked with Lucas although I know there are several people on the team. He was wonderful and very quick to respond. The whole team was fantastic.
Stay on top of the tasks and closing on time
As a first time homebuyer, buying a home in a different state, it was an overwhelming experience. Had a lot of changes, not all my doing, that were handled with empathy and patience!
