Amy and her staff are approachable and polite. They made the process easy. I am happy with the results.
Got approved through Quicken Loans and was denied right before closing due some unique circumstances around me getting married during the process. Dan took the file and got me approved with a VA loan, a decent rate and closed in about 4 weeks....

More clarity, we would ask questions and would receive an answer to later find out the information given to us was incorrect, and we would have to deal with the misinformation ourselves.
