Mark got us a good rate and was very responsive to queries. It was a very smooth process, despite a bump or two (which is not unusual).
Kent was always available and replied quickly. He is extremely knowledgeable even about VA loans. His recommendations were on point and he told me when to lock my rate and I didn't listen and it cost me since mortgage rates went up afterwards....
