There were several phone calls that were made and never returned to Staci. I felt that I had to continuously check up and ask where we where on me being approved and what my APR and payments would be.
Jeff was really great at our closing. He made sure we understood what we were signing before singing it which was super helpful for a first-time home buyer like myself.
