It took from December 2020 until 4/30/21 to get a refinance. There was very little communication with Kevin. We only spoke once on the phone. The communication on email for all of this was not the best.
Kevin is great to work with. The pre-approval process was super fast. Thanks to his team I was able to close in 30 days.
