Always on time on their part even if the seller wasn’t and there were no big or small errors they did. Something was said that could be taken as rude depending on the person so I advised that they be more careful on that.
Tim is experienced, knowledgeable and is able to communicate complex processes easily. This is not the first loan I've negotiated with his help, and probably won't be the last.
