Just how easy it was and fast
Everyone was great to deal with through the whole process. Great communication!
Multiple levels of communication (email, call, text) to ensure that no delays occurred. Adeline and her team members were kind, knowledgeable, and competent.
I didn't feel that there was adequate communication from the overall team in regards to deadlines etc. Sometimes information would be requested that was needed within hours of the request due to lack of communication.
