Just a frustrating experience all across the board. Poor communication with sales and builder causing delays which then caused unnecessary hounding phone calls.
Great communication, so we always knew what was happening and what would be next. He was always willing to answer our questions or concerns. Great response time in getting back to us, if he did not pick up a call immediately.
