Communication and personalitys! Y'all are amazing!
Deb and her team were awesome with being prompt on answering questions I had. My sale was a difficult one and Deb made sure I hit all the milestones to reach the end, as a first time home buyer this was the easiest thing to do.
Deb is awesome, helped a lot with dealing with a difficult sale situation but made sure everything was smooth on my end. As a first time home buyer I had a ton of questions that Deb and her team were awesome about answering.
