Brian and his team were always honest, quick to respond, going above and beyond. We had such a great experience, we don’t intend on using any other lender going forward.
Very accommodating and available to take my calls which is unheard of these days.
There were some hiccups in the beginning but Ben Hoagland made up for it. He was very pleasant even if we became a bit impatient. We were so much under pressure and stress, but Ben was able to provide us excellent break on closing fees.
You guys were really easy to work with. You explained things well and the process went really smooth. You always answered the phone when we had questions no matter what day of the week or time of day.
