He was really friendly and informative. We could tell he genuinely wanted to help us get the best rates and he gave us good honest advice on the best options for our mortgage. He also checked in and made it easy for us to sign our papers.
Everyone was friendly and efficient. I genuinely believe they tried to get me the best deal possible. When there were delays they told me exactly what was going on and why.
Communication, timeliness, and the rate was competitive.
