Rick was extremely knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. He made himself available at all times and made sure to inform us regarding any and all financial savings that may be available.
I truly appreciated the availability and continuous willingness to be made available. Our first experience was early on a Sunday morning and a pre-approval was completed before noon on that same morning.
