Cindi kept us informed every step of the way. That alone was greatly appreciated. Every part of the process was seamless from start to closing.
Becky was great. It was a challenge as half way through the process I had a home repair emergency. Spent a ton of money, which you're not supposed to do when doing a refi, but Becky worked through it and we closed. Becky was great.
