Always professional and the best communication.
The fact that there was communication throughout this process. Many times I would send an email after 5 pm expecting it to be answered the next day and it was answered that evening.
You guys are a GREAT Team, We've been working with Joel for years and now working with Mike and Kristen; they get the job done. Always reliable and ready to answer questions.
Bobby is very knowledgeable, will talk you through the steps and will keep you on schedule. He was very personable, explained anything I had questions about and was great about letting me know what is coming up. Will be working with him again...
