Sherene was always available to answer any questions and always returned phone calls quickly. She explained the process and all the costs and was quick to notify us of any changes.

The communication was fantastic. I had a Ton of questions about everything, and Kristen was always happy to explain things to me. The whole process was very stream lined, and pretty straight forward when using the app.
