They got me a lower interest, at the last minute, than I thought I was going to get. Kristen was in contact with me all the time. She told me exactly what I needed to do. I am so glad I decided to refinance with Mike and Kristen.
Kristen Rosenthal was great. She worked on her day off to close my loan. We kept in constant communication about the status of my loan.
