It was absolutely the easier loan experience I have ever had. Everything was electronic, all the content was clearly communicated and Kristen was fantastic.
Everyone helped me and walked me through step by step. Kristen would periodically just check in to see how I was. This was my first time buying a home and they made it so easy.
