The ease and convenience.
Bj worked hard to make the mortgage happen.
The communication was key. I'm a person who needs reassurance so that was great even running into him in our area he was always pleasant and asked how things were going, which was great cause our project took 3 month longer then excepted.
It was a fairly easy & seamless process; BJ was upbeat, extremely responsive and helped us every step of the way!
