I never felt like I didn't know what was going on. Everything moved quickly and I was kept up to speed with each step through emails, text messages, and phone calls.
Friendly, patience and very quick to respond to any calls or questions by phone or email.
This is the second time I have used William and both times he made the whole process easy!
Everyone in the office made the process so easy and were very helpful getting documents off my phone and sent to the right place everyone was pleasant and friendly
