More understanding on rates - it felt weird to close with a rate higher than market
I had an excellent experience with Fairway and all their employees. As a first time buyer I had no idea what I was doing. They walked me through every step of the way and made sure I understood everything. Great people I highly recommend!

As a first time buyer, everybody from fairway was patient and helpful. I had a few deals fall through throughout the year but they stuck by me and made it work. Highly appreciative and will highly recommended.
