Listened to what we were looking for, great customer service and very responsive!
Jeff made the entire process simple, transparent, and easy to navigate. Our refinance went smoothly from start to finish without any issues. He was a pleasure to work with—professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely personable.
Lots of communication and explanations. The only thing that was frustrating at times was when there were a lot of people involved. We were asked for information or documents that were already submitted on numerous occasions.
