Communication and ease of the process
I've known Michael since 2011 when he helped me get my first house. I would never go to anyone else!
Very easy to get a hold of Michael. He explains the process and what to expect at each step very clearly. Very patient if you are not understanding something and does a great job of explaining it until you are satisfied
