They were very professional and had great communication which made the process go smoothly and quick. The whole process took three weeks. It was the best service ever and would refer them to anyone in need of refinancing.
Communication was often very brief and unclear requiring several follow up emails. Also, an issue came up days before our closing date which was very stressful and feels like it should have been able to be avoided
