Shannon is very responsive and does a great job of guiding those of us who are not well versed in home ownership.
Bryan was very good at two really important things:
1. Bryan broke down concepts to make things easier to understand as a first time homebuyer.
2. Bryan's communication was consistent and quick to respond.
