Smooth and easy. Wouldn’t work with anyone else!!
Better timing on completion on required documentation vs closing date. It seemed the closing dates were set prior to the unknown availability of the required documentation creating an uncomfortable rush to the finish line.
Amy is incredibly knowledgeable and explained all aspects of the process. I felt very comfortable throughout the entire transaction.

That had nothing to do with Cheryl or her staff. I thought the underwriter was unreasonable.
It was quick, clear, and easy. The lawyer insisting on physically signing over zoom was the only hassle. Even then, the lawyer went the extra mile and picked up the signed docs at our house.
