Kathleen takes the time to understand what her clients are looking for in a refinance and answers any questions you have no matter how small or crazy they sound. She makes refinancing easy.. She is simply the best.
Kathleen was always available to help us, SO friendly and funny, always willing to walk through long paperwork with us and explain what everything means (we're first time home owners so the whole process was very new to us!)
