The interest rates were fluctuating when we were trying to refinance. Julaine was patient and waited for the interest rates to go back down, and we were able to refinance and save a lot of money over the life of our loan

Sarah was exceptional at what she does. She was always informative and promptly answered questions. We have purchased three four houses and have gone to her every time. Her customer service is top-notch! She is awesome.
