Keith is amazingly responsive. I emailed him a question about refinance and he called me within 30 minutes with everything set up and in motion by the next day.
I appreciate the effort he took to educate us on nuisances of the process and always being available via text/call when a question popped up.
The refinance process was fast and efficient. I did everything from home and did not have to leave my house to sign any documents. I would say that is a GREAT experience!
