Enjoyed the business relationship. Scott was prompt, courteous, responsive to our questions, and very helpful.
Working with Scott was fine, but the ridiculously long process, misinformation and rudeness from other staff, and continually asking for more and more information made this an unnecessarily unpleasant experience.
