Rusty stayed in communication and really made us feel as if he was going into battle for us. And truly looking out for our best interest.
Tiffany was very attentive throughout the entire process. I never had a question go unanswered for longer than a few hours - even on weekends and holidays. She was also very kind and understanding!

Tiffany is excellent at her job and knows how to accelerate through the refinance process . We were through the process in 2-3 weeks with a better interest rate and overall I couldn't ask for a better agent
