Everything was so smooth and fast. Excellent communication especially with text messages. Very satisfied.
Once again Chance was AMAZING to work with. Even when it is hard, he pushes on and helps keep the deal moving and getting it to closing table. Easy or hard transaction, he treats them all the same and give 100% to them!!! What a joy to work...

The communication and helping explain everything about buying a house with this being the first ever house i have bought braden made it really smooth and easy to understand and he was extremely helpful
