Poor communication. Felt like a low priority until I got mad. Refused to own responsibility for the poor communication, shifting blame to first my wife then the VA for delays.
Everyone was just great Mike was very helpful & pleaseant to work always was available for all my 5,000 questions overall the whole fairway team was great 😃 👍
