There was a long period of time where there wasn’t much communication. This was resolved after a bit, and everything worked out so not a big deal, but because of that, I would t feel comfortable giving the process a “great” rating.
Responses were quick and clear. All caveats of our financials were taken into consideration.
Megan went above and beyond getting my loan to closing. Communication was always wonderful and she was very helpful during the paperwork process.
