My situation was a little complicated due to selling and closing a business during the process but Lyndee and her team stayed on top of everything and we made it to the finish line in under 30 days.

The loan was approved. We had to upload quite a few documents multiple times
early on, great communication. Later, we had some issues arise, but Lyndee did get us in touch with her management team and we worked it all out on time
