The entire process was smooth from start to finish. Bryant’s whole team was very responsive and clear in communicating what they needed from us to close.

Communication was good.
We had a minor issue at closing that as handled professionally, correctly and efficiently by Eileen.
Jon did a great job of coaching me through the process and set me up with a rate lock option that was better than I could have hoped for.
Everyone on the team was transparent, polite, and well informed. All the documents were electronically processed which makes life easy! Will definitely recommend Jon’s team if anyone I know needs loan services.
