The communication with the mortgage agent was mostly positive. However, there were a few times where I felt like there was less availability to answer questions than I would have liked.
They kept us up to date on every process and explained everything in detail, so there was nothing to fall through the cracks. Personalized emails each week showed they actually cared about us.
