Had an overall great experience minus the long escrow, but that doesn't reflect onto Fairway. Just circumstances of the deal we made with the seller.
Poor communication between escrow and lender. Lender did not appear to understand how to treat revenues vs. wages on P&L in a single owner with no employees (S corp) work or when W2's are issued.
Whole team worked together and made the process easier than ordering coffee ❤️

The regular updates and communication
Ralph was VERY reponsive anytime I contacted him with questions. Since I work full time much of my communication was in the evening and he was always there. Not just “9 to 5”.
