Ralph and Team were extremely responsive and timely in helping us navigate a turbulent rate environment to secure a very competitive rate.
It was very stressful. We had to send the same documents in over and over. It seemed that there were a lot of people asking for the same thing.
Our questions were answered promptly.
Everything was smooth! Even if we hit a snag, like the seller wasn't out by the walk through, Ralph and his team made sure everything was handled.
