My bank failed me with my mortgage loan and Fairway was able to help me and get me to close with in a very timely manner saving me a lot of money with hotel and storage expenses.
Craig and Nicky were great to work with! Very responsive and always there when we had questions.

Ben was always available to answer questions and run numbers for us. We had a lot! He was very helpful through the entire process, and I feel like we came out of it understanding everything as well as we can.
The whole deal with our closing was not communicated well and it made it more complicated for us scrambling to pull together more funds than were needed just to be handed a check right back instead of updating the contract and making it easier...
